Habits vs. Rituals

Rituals are often confused with habits, which they are not. A habit exists for convenience and saves time, a ritual exists for meaning and reminds us why the work matters.

Nothing is normal

Within this House, nothing is ordinary – not the first sketch, not the first sample, not the first greeting offered to a client. The world might call it a routine, we call it an opportunity to protect the House. Character rarely reveals itself in exceptional moments; it reveals itself in ordinary ones, faithfully repeated, day after day.

The Language's Weather

That which cannot be documented
